Cancellation policies

• NO refunds are given for booking cancellations within 7 days of the booked date. A 25% administration fee is charged for bookings cancelled with more than 7 days notice.

• In the case of unsafe conditions, as deemed by BSS, a Theory/Indoor session will be held if agreed to by the participants. Otherwise a lesson may be rescheduled to an agreed date within 14 days of the booking.

Gift Voucher Policies

• Expiry Dates are strictly 3 months. In signing the ‘Gift Voucher Registory’ you acknowledge BSS terms and conditions. (In the circumstances of a customer being unable to sign this agreement, a member of staff will read the terms and conditions to the customer and sign on their behalf.)
